Your Agreement to this License

This License only applies to the evaluation version of HnxGC software and any
accompanying distributable files, data and materials("HnxGC"). You should
carefully read the following license agreement. By using, installing, copying,
distributing, or transmitting this product,you are consenting to be bound by
and are becoming a party to this agreement. If you do not agree to any or all
of the terms and conditions of this License, then do not use, install, copy,
distribute, or transmit HnxGC.


Scope of License

Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use for evaluation
purposes only, without charge, for a period from now to the end of the year
2009. If you want to use this software after the evaluation period, you must
acquire a written license for the software. Refer to hnxgc.harnixworld.com
for information about pricing, non-evaluation licensing, and services options.
Use of HnxGC after the expiration of the evaluation period without acquiring
such a license from HnxGC is outside the scope of this License and a violation
of U.S. and international copyright laws.

Subject to all of the terms of this License, you may, without making any
payment, give exact copies of HnxGC personally and without charge of any kind
to anyone for evaluation purpose only, subject to the terms of the this
License, using tangible media of any kind or via e-mail (but not in a bulk
mailing or through unsolicited bulk e-mails). For purpose of the foregoing,
an "exact copy" of HnxGC means a file that is identical, at the time you
create the copy, to the HnxGC distribution file available at
hnxgc.harnixworld.com.

You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations,
for any distributed copies, however made, or from distributing such copies
with other products of any kind, commercial or otherwise, without prior
written permission from us. Also, you are specifically prohibited from
charging, or requesting donations, for providing access to any hyperlink or
other method that allows a user to create or transfer electronically copies
of HnxGC.

We reserves the right to revoke any or all distribution rights at any time,
for any or no reason.

All rights of any kind in HnxGC which are not expressly granted in this
License are entirely and exclusively reserved. You may use HnxGC solely as
expressly provided in this License. HnxGC is protected by the United States
copyright laws and other applicable national and international laws and
treaties. You may not make, use, offer to sell, sell, rent, lease, sublicense,
modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create
derivative works based on, HnxGC, in whole or in part, nor permit anyone else
to do so. You may not make access to HnxGC available to others in connection
with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, nor
permit anyone else to do so. The License granted hereunder includes no rights
in or to the source code version of HnxGC.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS,
IMPLIED OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MINGNAN GUO LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM
LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
DAMAGE, AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH
THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.


Termination

Immediately upon expiration of evaluation period by the end of year 2009 for
the License granted hereunder, you shall immediately discontinue any and all
use of HnxGC and you shall within ten (10) days delete from your computer(s)
all electronic copies of HnxGC, including all or any part thereof. All
provisions of this License that by their nature are intended to survive the
expiration of the License granted hereunder shall survive and remain in full
force and effect.
